We work with selected Thailand OEM manufacturers and manage product coordination, sampling, label support, production follow-up, pre-shipment checks, documentation, and shipment support for buyers.
    We focus only on Thailand spa care OEM products, including spa oils, massage oils, aromatherapy oils, spa body scrubs, massage creams, herbal balms, foot care products, spa creams, and spa treatment products.
    Yes. Our focus is on small and mid-size spa care orders. Many buyers start with quantities such as 500 pcs, 1,000 pcs, 3,000 pcs, or 5,000 pcs, depending on the product, packaging, and supplier MOQ.
    Yes. We can coordinate private-label requirements with Thailand OEM suppliers. The buyer must provide brand artwork, label content, destination-country label requirements, and final written approval before printing.
    If you do not want private label, we may support supply under an available ready-brand or our own brand option, subject to product availability, destination-country requirements, and agreed commercial terms.
    We offer two options. For small managed supply orders, Vikram Z Advisors remains your commercial and coordination point. If you prefer factory-direct purchasing or want direct manufacturer access, we can support you through our Sourcing Coordinator Model, where a one-time onboarding fee and order management fee apply.
    We support buyers through three engagement models:

    Managed OEM Supply — for small and mid-size orders where we quote, coordinate, and arrange direct shipment from Thailand.

    Sourcing Coordinator — for buyers who prefer factory-direct purchasing with our coordination support.

    Sourcing Management Retainer — for buyers who need ongoing Thailand sourcing support.

    We coordinate with selected OEM suppliers and can arrange basic pre-shipment checks such as quantity, packaging condition, label placement, carton count, and photo/video confirmation where available. However, final product approval, compliance, and market suitability remain the buyer/importer’s responsibility unless separately agreed in writing.
    Destination-country product registration, import approval, and label compliance are the responsibility of the buyer/importer. We can coordinate factory technical details, ingredients, packaging information, and label printing based on buyer-approved artwork and compliance instructions.
    For samples, sample cost and courier charges are usually paid in advance. For bulk orders, payment terms are normally 70% advance before production and 30% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed.
    Products can be shipped directly from Thailand to the buyer’s destination through our logistics partner. The logistics partner may support export documentation, customs coordination, AWB preparation, and basic pre-shipment checks where available.
    Yes. We work with selected Thailand spa care OEM manufacturers who can support private-label and small to mid-size orders for international buyers. Suppliers should be able to support product consistency, packaging coordination, documentation, and export/shipment coordination.
